City Parks

The Parks Department is responsible for the landscape and maintenance of approximately 72 acres of city owned parks.  Maintenance of these parks include aerating, fertilizing, spraying for weeds, proper watering, mowing, weed eating, and daily trash removal.

The Parks  Department is responsible for the following parks and grounds:

• Chapman Park
• City Hall/H.M.O.
• Adrian Gutierrez baseball field/tennis courts
• Sanchez Park
• Uptown Parking Lot
• Fullenwider Park
• Island Park
• Montez Park (3 parks)
• Marsh Park (2 parks)
• Softball Fields
• Library
