Mission Statement
Our mission is to revitalize Monte Vista's Historic Downtown District by developing a diversified retail and service economy utilizing the National Main Street Four-Point Approach of: Organization, Design, Promotion and Economic Restructuring - thereby achieving economic strength with cooperation of business, volunteer organizations and local government.

Goals
The goals of the Main Street Program is to preserve and enhance America's downtown through preservation, revitalization, business enhancement, business recruitment and promoting and marketing the local downtown.
