The proposed historic preservation ordinance is being prepared by the Overlay District Advisory Committee, appointed by the Monte Vista Planning and Zoning Commission. The Committee welcomes public comment regarding the ordinance. If you have comment regarding the above draft definition or any other topic of historic preservation, please contact the city Community Development Director Alisha Reis at alishaj@ci.monte-vista.co.us or (719) 852-2692. Any comments received will be passed on to the Committee for consideration in drafting the ordinance.
