Mission Statement
The City Manager is the Chief Executive Officer of the municipal corporation and is responsible for enforcement of the laws and ordinances of the City, for the appointments or removal of all employees, and for the preparation and oversight of the annual budget and the financial operation of the City.
Objectives:
- To assist City Council in establishing and implementing policies
- To provide quality service to the citizens
- To manage public funds and oversee all departmental budgets
- To coordinate and provide assistance to City operations and to inform the City Council of the activities and needs of City departments and other organizations with whom the City interacts
